The Role
As Vice President of Marketing at CentralSquare you will act as the strategic leader for a team focused on the coordination, strategy, development and management of the creative content, revenue marketing and events that drive revenue growth by strengthening the current client base and developing new customers in the enterprise software space, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. The VP Marketing will act as a partner to both Human Resources and the Executive Leadership teams to define, build out and manage our internal communications strategy.
Strategic leadership will be focused in the following areas:
Revenue Marketing Strategy
Develop go-to-market strategies for specific products and build revenue marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals
Define and report KPIs to track product adoption and revenue targets
Provide product-level positioning and marketing messaging for core offerings
Translate messages into strong product collateral by building talk tracks, product overviews, white papers, and case studies
Lead revenue marketing campaigns to accelerate lead generation for ERP products
Develop sales enablement materials that help sellers effectively position and sell against competition
Support AR/PR and awareness activities including webinars, industry events, direct marketing, collateral and customer case studies
Digital Content & Communications
Building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable demand while also raising awareness of the CentralSquare brand
Oversee and manage all internal and external communications for CentralSquare
Ensure corporate mission and messaging is consistent and engaging, all event components are impactful, follow guidelines to showcase thought leadership with an integrated marketing approach across channels.
Day-to-day digital campaign operations, including program setup, email layout and analytics/tracking
Develop internal and external communications plan with the CEO’s office
Creative Vision
Visually describe our product and services across all of our marketing channels.
Audio/Visual logistics and management for both internal and client focused events
Creation of graphic content for strategic client initiatives, client events/tradeshows and internal presentations
Maintenance and enhancement of CentralSquare’s company website
Events
Collaborate with internal teams and/or vendors to successfully design, plan and execute events, trainings, and conferences while ensuring consistent brand and event standards
Ensure all event components are impactful, follow guidelines to showcase thought leadership with an integrated marketing approach across channels
Collaborate with corporate brand and sales to identify key themes, goals for each event
Dedicated to measuring return on investment for all programs and provide analysis and post-event reporting
Digitize customer experience event journey by delivering a mobile and social experience
Foster tight alignment with the sales teams to ensure revenue growth
Develop corporate social responsibility programs to support Central Square’s company volunteer program
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communications with 10+ years of experience
More than 5 years of experience leading marketing organizations
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing marketing organization
Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
Strong operational and analytical abilities
