The Staff Pad is seeking an extraordinary VP of Sales to lead and build a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader, capable of establishing and managing a disciplined market strategy, and skilled at functioning collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. This role involves driving growth in revenue and customer satisfaction across the Oklahoma market and into North Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual market strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Structure and manage the sales and support team to meet strategic objectives.
  • Identify target markets and ideal clients.
  • Analyze product and service offerings to maintain market leadership.
  • Achieve industry financial benchmarks.
  • Champion and manage core values and commitments.
  • Function as a credible and collaborative leader to drive sustained growth.
  • Facilitate a team-based, inclusive work environment.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive sales training program.
  • Source new clients and develop business networks.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach strategies.
  • Manage vendor and client relationships.
  • Prepare technical recommendations for proposals and bids.
  • Lead, motivate, and counsel the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular planning and review sessions with the sales team.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Managed Print, IT Managed Services, Hardware as a Service, Software as a Service.
  • Proven track record in leading successful sales teams.
  • High professional ethics and good judgment.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed project proposals and bid responses.
  • Skilled in managing strategic account planning and CRM utilization.
