OVERVIEW: The

Clinical Recruiting Specialist

is responsible for activities relating to the recruiting of clinical staff for AccessNurse. This position utilizes an ATS application to source candidates as well as schedule and conduct Phone Screens. The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will coordinate with the Human Resources team while also serving as point of contact for hiring managers and AccessNurse leadership. The position of Clinical Recruiting Specialist upholds and supports the culture and mission of AccessNurse. This position reports directly to the Recruiting Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sources candidates and evaluates applications via an Applicant Tracking System Schedules and conducts Phone Screens as part of a multi staged applicant screening process Compiles and delivers notes as well as relative candidate information to the Recruiting Manager, HR and hiring managers as part of the face to face interview evaluation process Sends appropriate pre-employment testing to eligible candidates as part of the screening process Schedules and conducts final Zoom interview as part of the screening process Compiles and sends a weekly report of all hiring efforts to the Recruiting Manager Manages Excel spreadsheets containing candidate flow detail and all administrative AccessNurse opening information Responsible for changes or edits to existing requisitions and ensuring that all changes are updated and posted to various job boards Serves as point of contact for both the AccessNurse Human Resources team as well as the requisition hiring managers and AccessNurse leadership teams Assists in the sharing of team workload as needed and during extended absences Recommends process improvements as they pertain to the role and assists in implementation as needed Performs special projects and other duties as assigned Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of one (1) year Human Resources or Recruiting Experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to attend to detail Ability to handle stress and conflict well Ability to work in a team oriented environment
