The Company's regulatory, engineering and commercial expertise make UTLX the preferred source of railcars and services for many of its customers. UTLX offers competitive compensation and benefits as well as an opportunity to be a part of a top-notch team where enthusiasm, expertise, and progressive thinking are valued.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Office Manager, the Shop Operations Clerk is responsible for backing up and assisting office functions as required to ensure efficient shop operations. Primary responsibilities and/or essential functions include, but are not limited to:Receive cars - OTMA Approvals - Last ContentsDispo request and Creation of WaybillsEnter and update scheduled release date's (SRD)Upload Billing Repair Card (BRC) into customer websitesObtain and track approvalsRelease and invoice car recordsPayroll/attendanceEnsure car files are easily accessible and processed as requiredManage enroute board as requiredSkills/Education/ExperienceBe willing to assist on off shift as neededBe responsive to customer communicationsWork responsibly and efficiently with limited supervision/directionBe willing to take on other tasks and support all areas of operationMultitask with good problem-solving skills and offer solutions to problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsHigh School Diploma requiredWhy Join Our Team?We take pride in offering our employees rich benefits packages.
