Expected Duration: 12 months

Pay Range: [$14/hr] - [$15.79/hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Greet clients/public and assess purpose of office visit.
  • Make referrals for DES and community resources.
  • Assist clients to prepare for the application process, register application and check for prior client history in AZCCATS, Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate staff, Photocopy information submitted by client for eligibility process.
  • Direct client and information to the assigned/ appropriate case manager, Open, date stamp and distribute all mail (US./Inner office/scanned/emailed/fax) Prepare outgoing mail according to office procedures.
Skills Required

  • Computer skills, customer service skills, critical thinking skills
Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year consecutive customer service
