As a team member, you are either the face of our highly rated customer service (as a Front of House Team Member), or you are the hands that ensure our guests receive the highest quality food that is synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand (as a Back of House Team Member). We are seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Team. Chick-fil-A 'Team Member' is the foundation and entry level role within our business structure. Here you will learn and execute the fundamentals of the Chick-fil-A brand including our CORE 4 model, Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, Industry Leading Food Safety Processes, and so much more. You will also have an opportunity to grow within the company by going through our certified trainer and Drive-Thru shift lead development programs. As a representative of Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are located at 17513 Bruce B Downs Blvd. At our specific location, there are paper applications that can be filled out along with this online application. Any prospective applicant who filled out both applications online and in-store will be guaranteed an interview.

Responsibilities:

Smile
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Speak Enthusiastically
Multitask without direction
Learn and maintain knowledge of menu items
Work on your feet for extended periods of time
Lift at least 25 pounds without assistance
Work at a quick and efficient pace
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not immediately busy
Work a schedule that changes on a weekly basis
Work outside for extended periods of time (Front of House)
Use a POS system and other ordering technology (Front of House)
Using various pieces of cooking and service equipment (Back of House)
