Description

  • Create, review, revise, maintain, and implement the organization's corporate-wide facilities management plan.
  • Audits and summarizes maintenance on assigned equipment for all facilities.
  • Ensures all facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
  • Devises a system for maintaining warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment at each facility.
  • Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
  • Create and compile monthly reporting processes for all operations departments to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Establishes standards for work-order processing.
  • Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment. Develops and maintains professional relationships in federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Prepares and submits applications and reports to applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Responds to requests for information from regulatory bodies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of regulations applicable to the company.
  • Monitors regulatory affairs and the effect changes will have on company operations.
  • Conducts interviews, scrutinizes details, and asks questions to make sure employees make every effort to stay compliant across all the company's various departments.
  • Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
  • Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
  • Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable government regulations.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing the company's type of facilities, equipment, and events preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
  • Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
