About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team at National Bank of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate Facilities (CREF) Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of activities for our corporate real estate and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project-oriented work efforts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate communication with impacted areas, tracking costs, milestones, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Design, implement, evaluate, and audit project management processes and templates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in project management processes, methodologies, and tools. You should also possess extensive knowledge of project management, including scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management.

You must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, as well as meet deadlines, schedules, and budgeted costs, is essential.
