The Data Operations Manager is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.), recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.), and the reporting needs of asset management companies that distribute products through financial intermediaries. The Data Operations Manager must possess strong operational and communication skills to lead 40+ associates within our internal data operations team.Additionally, the Data Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in industry level discussions to identify best practices and continuously evolve the service to meet the needs of our clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experienceMust have experience in Financial Industry - specifically Asset ManagementA passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlinesUnless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
