Responsibilities Serve as Program Analyst and Manager of the Lightning Operations Center (LOC). Responsible for all facets of the efficient and effective operation of the 25th Infantry Division and U.S. Army Hawaii (25ID and USARHAW) Current Operations (G33), LOC and Emergency Action Facility. Serve as a Current Operations Battle Major and provides continuity of operations during training, exercises, contingencies, crises, and other events. Conduct Mission Analysis (MA) and uses the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to analyze and take appropriate actions based on situation. Ensure the ability of the Command and staffs to make quick sound decisions based on timely and accurate information. Rapidly respond to world-wide crises and emerging contingencies that occurs under crisis conditions during and after duty hours.
