About Monarch Tractor

At Monarch, we're leading the digital transformation of farming. Monarch Tractor augments both muscle and mind with fully loaded hardware, software, and service machinery that will spur future generations of farming technologies.

With our farmer-first mentality, we are building a smart tractor that will enhance (not replace) the existing farm ecosystem, alleviate labor availability and cost issues, and provide an avenue for competitive organic and beyond farming by providing mechanical solutions to replace harmful chemical solutions. Despite all the cutting-edge technology we will incorporate, our tractor will still plow, till, and haul better than any other tractor in its class. We have all the necessary ingredients to develop, build and scale the Monarch Tractor and digitally transform farming around the world.

What does the job entail?
  • Provide support to senior members of the Marketing team.
  • Involvement in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and information across a large roster of projects, internally and externally.
  • Assist with creation of marketing materials and any other project-related documents, printed and digital.
  • Maintains organization and distribution of all marketing contracts, invoices, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensures all marketing projects are on track for due dates and provides communications updates to internal and external parties.
  • Develops checklists, templates, protocols, frameworks and any other standard operating procedures relevant to the marketing function.
  • Manages the review and approval process of marketing materials to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate all aspects of trade shows, including logistics, vendor relations, and booth design
  • Stays abreast of Marketing trends by participating in educational opportunities.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of marketing and or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with event coordination and trade shows
  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing methodologies
  • Both tactically competent (capable of "rolling up your sleeves") and strategically adept with hands on expertise in the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Tech-savvy, results-driven and highly analytical with knowledge of metrics.

The role will be based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Base Pay: The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00. There are a range of factors to determine pay, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and experience.
