Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager located in South Florida. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Effective communication with clients and maintaining strong relationships will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills Lead Generation and Communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of the home design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Prior experience in sales or account management is not required
