Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
    • Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Update customer information in the database.
    • Prepare reports on customer feedback and complaints.
  • Support Team:

Qualifications
