We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team at Enamel Dentistry in Austin, TX. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in meeting the clinical needs of patients and doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Set up and break down the operatory after treatments, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Support doctors in patient charting procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required, including data entry and communication with patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve our practice goals.
Qualifications:
  • Being bilingual is an advantage for this position, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse patient base.
  • Demonstrating strong customer service skills is essential, as you will be interacting with patients and their families on a daily basis.
  • Possessing US Work Authorization is required, as we are a US-based dental practice.
  • Previous experience with Open Dental is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Itero is considered a plus, as we utilize this technology in our practice.
  • Having a basic understanding of general dentistry is necessary, as you will be working closely with our doctors and supporting them in patient care.
  • Working towards obtaining an RDA license/x-ray license is a must, as we require our Dental Assistants to be certified and up-to-date in their skills.
  • Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program is a must, as we require our team members to have the necessary education and training to excel in their roles.
