We live each day guided by our core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness.Job Description Summary:PayPal’s Checkout product supports a two-sided network solution that includes consumers and merchants using our platforms. As a Program Manager, you will plan, execute, track, and manage end to end solutions to ensure the desired customer and business value is delivered. You will drive efforts across the PayPal enterprise to deliver product priorities across all cross-functional teams. You will take charge of orchestration of PDLC, manage dependencies and streamline processes across multiple teams.Your day to day:Drive the coordinated management of large, complex programs over a finite period of time in order to achieve specific business goals. Ensure the timely delivery of business value and the efficient use of organizational resources.Partner with Business and Technology leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose and expected business benefits of a program. Ensure measurable KPIs are defined and aligned to company goals and objectives.Manage the program-level decomposition of work across multiple delivery teams. Work across organizational boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plans.Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Development teams to execute and deliver programs aligning to product vision and program goals, objectives, and timelines.Drive resolution of program-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed. Facilitate executive-level escalations and program-level change management.Monitor health of program. Track program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies. Proactively address delivery team impediments.Manage program-level communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans and delivery status.Drive the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across delivery teams. Facilitate program retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.What do you need to bring:Minimum of 6 years in a program manager role.Knowledge or prior experience with AI tools and methodologies.Experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives. Agile lifecycle management experience preferred.A track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results.Experience developing effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaboration and communication across business and technology stakeholders.A strong technical acumen and strong voice for the customer across the program delivery lifecycle.Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques.Experience with different software development methodologies including the agile development methodology.Success in developing program/project level artifacts to support a major software implementation program with concurrent releases.Additional Job Description:Subsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
