Collaboration: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated and coordinated solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. (Masters' preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable time frame. 4-6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design and analysis. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) and AutoCAD/Revit for drafting and design. Strong knowledge of seismic design and retrofitting, particularly in accordance with California Building Code. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and teamwork.
