The Electrical Superintendent is a key member of the project team, tasked with planning, overseeing, and implementing comprehensive project strategies.   • Regularly track project progress against plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure positive cash flow and project profitability.
  • Mentor and train technicians for career advancement.
  • Perform assessments and provide feedback on the performance of foremen and electricians.

Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the electrical field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Significant experience in leading and coordinating complex, large-scale electrical construction initiatives.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Master Electrician’s License preferred.
  • Advanced training or entry-level certifications in relevant disciplines.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Physical dexterity to manipulate tools and equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve complex problems.
  • Capable of understanding and interpreting verbal and written information accurately.
  • Experienced in leveraging software tools including Bluebeam, Accubid Anywhere, Revit, Infralink, and Primavera P6.
