Summary:
The main function of a marketing analyst is to support the strategy and execution for multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Small Business Group. This is a highly cross functional role within the operations team that will work across several international markets and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Build multi-channel marketing campaigns per build requirements via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Communicate with international locales and India team to clarify marketing campaign requirements
Project manage assigned marketing campaigns
Ability to communicate blockers and escalate as necessary
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics
Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required
1+ years of Data Cloud experience preferred
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Expert knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
Must have skills:
Someone who can project manage marketing campaigns, provide strategy, and also build the campaigns.
Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud / campaign building experience
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc)
Experience building email journeys.
Strong communication, both verbal and written. This role will work across international markets, so communication will be key.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Self-starter
Ability to work independently
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
