Salary: $120-130k base + bonus

Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Reporting directly to senior leadership, and interacting with the President and C-Suite on a regular basis, this position offers significant influence over their global strategy. You will collaborate across product categories and sales channels to ensure that data-driven decisions align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BI Projects: Manage comprehensive business intelligence projects, from data sourcing and modeling to delivering intuitive dashboards and ad hoc analyses using tools like Tableau and Looker.
  • Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key insights and performance metrics to executive leadership.
  • Optimize Growth and Efficiency: Analyze data to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Establish and manage data catalogs and documentation to support high data quality and reliability, building trust in business data.
  • Enhance BI Platform: Oversee daily service delivery for the BI platform and spearhead initiatives to improve performance and scalability.
  • Communicate with Executives: Create compelling presentations that translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, focusing on building data models, creating visualizations, and providing data-driven business recommendations.
  • Experience in retail/ecommerce is highly desirable
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with large datasets across various database technologies.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and Looker, with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Proven strategic thinker with a track record of impacting business outcomes through data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to influence business decisions through insightful data analysis.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
