THE JOB:

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing and attracting candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop creative and effective recruitment plans that attract the best talent. Utilize diverse sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to find top candidates.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Take charge of the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to make final decisions. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Create a memorable candidate journey by maintaining clear and timely communication, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive impression of MGM Resorts throughout the recruitment process. Your goal is to make every candidate feel valued and excited about potential opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Use this data to make informed decisions and drive continuous enhancement of our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future openings. Create a robust talent pool through proactive outreach and engagement, ensuring we have a pipeline of top talent ready for future needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
  • Effective Communication: Strong ability to communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Provides strategic input into recruitment processes and anticipates future staffing needs.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external organizations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in navigating and responding to changing priorities in recruitment.
