Check for cobwebs and remove. Vacuum carpets and sweep, mop as needed. Turn mattresses (where applicable). Vacuum and dust hallways. Clean fingerprints from windows, doors, mirrors and fixtures as needed. Clean common areas as needed. Clean resident rooms, bathrooms as scheduled. Complete maintenance slips and submit. Mop stairways as required (where applicable). Polish and clean trash / linen chutes (where applicable). Launder all linens (where applicable). Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper order. Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which promotes a positive marketing environment. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
