Hours: Full Time - Monday to Sunday 9:30am-5pm
Pay: $18-30/hour - Plus uncapped bonuses

One Voice Fundraising work with incredible non-profits such as The International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, Amnesty International, Doctor's Without Boarders to generate vital funds needed to save lives, empower people and create a more equitable sustainable world

We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation, express their values and to inspire members of their community to make a real and lasting change

The Position: You will work with your team on different streets in the city where you will engage in inspiring conversations with members of the public, motivating them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have both an immediate and long-term impact on the lives of people who genuinely need support around the world

No experience required Full, paid training will be provided. Instead we're looking for:

  • People with an unshakeable belief that every conversation can have an impact
People with experience in the following sectors/positions are especially suited to fundraising: performing arts, canvassing, sales, restaurant and hospitality, activism, public speaking. It's also a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry-level non-profit position to kick start their career

We Offer:
  • Full time hours - Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm
  • Base pay of $18 per hour during training and $20 after plus uncapped weekly bonuses
  • Paid time off
  • Paid training and ongoing opportunities for development
  • Progression plan - ability to move up into Trainer, Team Lead and Management positions, with our career development plans.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work 5 full days per week - 9:30am-5pm
  • Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months
  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Happy to work outside
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations in NY and canvass outdoors and/or at large events.
  • Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the enviornmentt, and/or non profit organizations.
