One Sixty Fundraising are looking for **outgoing, confident **and **passionate activists **to join our sociable, high energy fundraising team in NYC

**Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm**
**Pay: $20ph (base pay) plus uncapped bonuses - OTE $35**

One Sixty International work with incredible non-profits such as **The Nature Conservancy, Children International, Amnesty International and the ASPCA **to generate vital funds so they can keep doing the amazing work that they do

We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation to represent one of our incredible charity partners as a fundraiser/canvasser

**The Position**:You will work with your team on different busy streets in the city where you will engage in incredible conversations with members of the public, inspiring them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have a positive impact, making the world a better place

**No experience required** Full, paid training will be provided. Instead we're looking for:

- Passionate activists who genuinely care about having an impact and making the world a better place
- Charismatic communicators, who thrive on having meaningful, engaging conversations
- People with an unshakeable belief that every conversation can have an impact

People with experience in the following sectors/positions are especially suited to fundraising: performing arts/theatre, canvassing, sales, customer service, retail, bar work, serving and hospitality. It's also a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry-level non-profit position to kick start their career

**We Offer**:

- Full time hours - **Monday to Friday 10am-6pm**:

- Base pay of **$20 per hour plus uncapped daily and weekly bonuses (OTE $35ph) **paid weekly

**Requirements**:

- **Ability to work 5 full days per week - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm**:

- **Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months**:

- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Happy to work outside
- Must be willing to travel to various locations in NY and canvass outdoors and/or at large events.
- Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the environment, charitable causes, and/or non profit organizations.
