We deliver marketing transformation to our clients either via either: embedding consultants directly with our clients to deliver exceptional integrated marketing solutions, or Via our marketing hub which acts as a one-stop-shop to clients and provides fully scoped, end-to-end delivery and execution of high quality marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C activations. You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our technology come to life. Core Responsibilities: Plan, build and execute Demand Generation marketing campaigns, events and initiatives, working in alignment with the regional marketing strategy programme and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders. Collect and analyse data from campaigns to draw insights and identify solutions in order to optimise future activities, collect best practices and provide campaign learnings. Develop demand generation campaigns for Google Cloud, including multi-touch campaigns, account-based campaigns, online digital marketing, offline direct marketing, and events marketing. Stay up-to-date on cloud industry trends and best practices. Brief and manage agencies to create content for various platforms, case studies, thought leadership, blogs, to effectively communicate key messages and attract target audiences. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies to execute and monitor campaigns Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches Manage and coordinate from end-to-end events, trade shows, ensuring seamless execution of events to meet strategic objectives. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation. Provide necessary collateral and support to enhance the sales process and drive conversion Minimum Qualifications BA or BS Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or similar field 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience - This role would suit someone who wants to grow and progress into a more mid-level/associate role Strong and proven project management skills and experience, including managing budgets, agencies, and a complex stakeholder map Exceptional communication skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimise performance. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
