About the Role The Marketplace Team is responsible for developing better and more enhanced occupier and operator experiences within our customers’ buildings. Experience Marketplace Managers will play a critical role in curating experience packages for property teams to purchase. They will source vendors in local & national markets to fulfill these packages, and they will work with vendors to onboard them into our Marketplace. What you’ll do Source local vendors and work with them to ensure experiences meet customer expectations while delivering in a scalable and sustainable manner

Conduct prospecting for qualified Marketplace vendors

Negotiate vendor contracts

Plan and oversee the execution of our Experience Marketplace

Develop and oversee the Marketplace onboarding process

Lead and help with product training and enablement sessions for our vendors

Lead enablement meetings with Account Managers to ensure sales goals are met

Analyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights

Partner with Marketplace product manager to identify workflow improvements and software enhancements to help inform product needs in conjunction with HqO’s development process

You have working experience in tech or Saas based markets

Previous Marketplace, Affiliate Marketing or Ad Sales experience preferred

3-6+ years experience
