Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monthly financial close procedures, including: Preparation of journal entries, including standard, accrual and correcting entries
  • Analyzing/researching variances to plan
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure financial results are accurately represented and in conformance with US GAAP
  • Prepare footnotes for quarterly and annual SEC reporting
  • Participate in the quarterly and year-end audits
  • Perform special accounting projects, as assigned
