Our client, located in the heart of Downtown Chicago, is searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to be a vital part of their team From benefits administration to recruiting coordination, you'll have a hand in driving the success of HR operations.

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks related to benefits, recruiting and onboarding
  • Coordinate and lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain employee files and update changes in the HRIS system

Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
