Customer Service Specialist If you are a people person and excel in Customer Service/Logistics Alliance has an exciting opportunity for you with room to grow Based in our Natchitoches, LA location, you will work the Materials team in customer communications. You will assist in scheduling loads, communicating with management on delivery performance, and working closely with other departments to ensure successful planning. As a Customer Service specialist, you will: Identify potential shortfalls and work to find resolutions with customers. Be the communication liaison between customers and management. Maintain accurate delivery and performance records. Maintain materials records and files, both electronic and hard copy (packing slip for audit). Work closely with Material Analysts, Master Scheduling, Warehousing, Production, and Engineering Change Personnel. Participate in process improvement activities (Lean, 5S, Value Stream). Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices. Other duties, as directed. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Two-year degree, plus 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service orientation, plus the ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent math, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role. Preferred Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, etc.) ORACLE or other ERP experience Three to five years of direct customer experience in order entry-to-ship the environment. About Our Location Alliance Compressors LLC develops, manufactures, and markets one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units. The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space.
