Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Pharma Company


Location: Denver Tech Center, Colorado (Hybrid Role - 2 days a week onsite)

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and maximizing the impact of our digital marketing efforts. With a strong emphasis on SEO, content strategy, and content writing, you will help us reach and engage our target audience effectively. Experience in the pharma industry is highly valued, as is proficiency in PPC advertising.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
  2. Lead the development of SEO strategies and initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  3. Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  4. Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, developers, and regulatory experts, to ensure that all digital content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand objectives.
  6. Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring performance metrics, adjusting bidding strategies, and optimizing ad copy to maximize ROI.
  7. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines in digital marketing and the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
  9. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, identifying opportunities and potential threats to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, content strategy, and content writing.
  3. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  4. Proficiency in PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience using digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, accurate content for diverse audiences.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
  9. Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, with a combination of remote and in-office work in the Denver Tech Center.
