Role
As a CNC Machinist (also known as Machine Programmer, Equipment Technician), you'll serve as an expert on customer manufacturing specifications, create machine programming, set up, troubleshoot, and operate machinery according to strict tolerances. You'll also demonstrate expertise in fixture design and tooling, examine and measure completed units, identify defects, ensure adherence to specifications, adjust machine controls to resolve production errors, and exercise strong problem-solving ability for the inspection and repair of machinery.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools, and machines.
  • Master operator of various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining.
  • Ability to design and create proper fixturing. Proficient in setting up and using measuring equipment including CMM, CAD-Cam, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers, Profilometers, etc.
  • Expert in reading and interpreting blueprints and design sketches. Ability to create and maintain updated work processes related to machining.
  • Familiar with warehouse, manufacturing, or production planning environments.
