Were launching a super exciting new role for a Retail Project Manager, this role will lead the store portfolio development plan to include all opening, closure, refit, relocation, and refresh projects.

To deliver on this, top priority will be to lead the onboarding of new software platform, Toky Woky. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to deliver a high-profile project within the business, ensuring not only the launch of this platform, but also continued optimisation of its scope, potential and success.

The role.

* Manage retail property pipeline, ensuring projects are deliverable given available resource

* Work with Trading Director to understand upcoming projects and influence timing of new projects based on existing activities

* Ensure all internal stakeholders are engaged and effectively communicated to

* Develop and manage detailed project plans/critical paths, adapting accordingly based on changing needs and requirements

* Identify and delegate project tasks effectively based on skill set, experience, and strengths of teams

* Monitor project performance, constantly evaluate and mitigate risks, and deliver to agreed timelines

* Post-project analysis, reporting on successes and learnings

* Review list of preferred suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient assignment of contracts, to include shopfitters, signage, fixtures, VM etc.

* Work with Trading Director to evolve the current store concept and shape innovative changes to support store of the future

* Support in building business cases for refit/refresh spends, and manage progress of low-level work to drive improved presentation of stores

* Build and maintain great relationships across the business to be able to influence and ensure department accountability and ownership

* Carry out periodic external benchmarking of retail project management ways of working to ensure best in class processes

* Ensure all recommended spend is budgeted and accounted for

* Deliver against agreed spends, seeking savings where possible

* Deliver a great internal customer experience, taking feedback and always seeking to improve

* Actively participate in meetings and remain up to date with what is happening across the business

You will have.

* Experience owning and leading projects, end to end
