We are seeking a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can maintain a sense of urgency to source for job requisitions quickly and efficiently with little guidance. You will primarily provide recruiting support with the team. You will be highly technical, extremely dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and able to put in the time to get the job done. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and an easy-going demeanor. You will be proactive and enthusiastic to assist where no task is too big or too small.

You can work independently on job requirements, from receipt through on-boarding, and easily prioritize jobs proactively and quickly. You have superb computer skills, very strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and a can-do attitude to meet goals. You display quality personal characteristics including, but not limited to, well-developed listening skills, analytical and creative problem-solving, thinking quickly on your feet, working independently, strong customer service and social skills, and works well with others.

Daily Responsibilities, You will:

Participate in daily team meetings and work closely with the team to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully. Clarify job requirements, identify recruitment strategy, execute recruiting process, and report progress. Own the entire recruitment life cycle process for all roles including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates by utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, referrals, internal database, job fair recruiting, and headhunting practices to source candidates. Develop and maintain a strong ongoing and active pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future opportunities. Interview prospective candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person to assess skill set, work history, salary requirements. Prepare candidates on expectations for the interview process, debrief candidates before and after the interview, and counsel candidates on job offers and counteroffers. Personalize the candidate experience from beginning to end of the staffing process.

Required Qualifications

3 years+ experience in the staffing industry or fast-paced corporation a MUST with a proven track record of success with submittals and placements recruiting for all levels and a variety of roles. National full life-cycle candidate recruiting experience with a special emphasis on the New Jersey/ New York market. Must have a car and a valid driver's license. Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva), Resume Job Sites, and Social Media.
