Coordinate with research teams to support their equipment and space needs. Provide training and support to staff on safety practices and emergency procedures. Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and waste. Assist with the planning and execution of facility-related projects and initiatives. Support the onboarding of new employees by providing training on lab and facility procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, life sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and laboratory management, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting. Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. M3
