We're looking for someone to lead our probate litigation department.
We are actively searching for an experienced Probate Litigation Attorney to lead our Probate Team You will represent clients in a variety of probate court proceedings including guardianships, conservatorships, decedents estates, contested will & trust matters, and exploitation claims. You will draft pleadings, engage in motion practice, conduct formal discovery, depose witnesses, manage experts, and guide clients with compassion through their difficult times.
Your qualifications alone won't get you the job :) Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this firm and should not apply. You MUST be a self-starter, self-learner, have a solid ability to work independently (i.e., you naturally "figure it out" on your own), and you must value every member of our team equally.
No rainmaking required.
