This position is with our clients in the Washington, DC Metro Area and will require a hybrid environment with days in the office as needed. Candidates that understand the biometric / identity management field are strongly preferred. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES This position will contribute to contract delivery, content creation, campaign performance analysis, develop project and operational plans, drive strategy for social media, and recommend/develop processes and procedures. This position will support the external marketing efforts for the client as well as communications activities for Dignari. Support integrated marketing campaign creation, execution, and performance analysis. Own key marketing metrics and dashboard. Maintain client metrics and monthly stat presentations. Analyze and provide recommendations for optimizations of marketing efforts. Experience in data analysis or data-driven marketing. Support event management through the full event cycle. Create content such as briefings, videos, social media, etc. to support both client and Dignari deliverables. Support delivery on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature and require originality and innovation in determining how to successfully reach goals. Drive management summaries, agendas, after-action notes, project plans, and other materials as needed by the government for the development and execution of communication strategies within CBP and with external stakeholders. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years relevant experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years’ experience in Content, Agency, Marketing, Comms, or related field Industry knowledge of biometrics and Identity management a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and concise manner. Ability to prioritize and assess tasks to complete client deliverables according to their timelines. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, executive communication. The ability to develop good relationships, understand priority needs, and effectively communicate with multiple clients. Data-Driven – You will leverage to develop, advise and adjust marketing communications strategies and execute a plan to develop the assets that support key objectives. Excellent marketing, presenting and communication skills required. Analytical capability, strategic, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in digital tools and processes is beneficial. Travel: up to 5-10% dependent on location. The job requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to facilitate web-based meetings, excellent organizational skills (planning, organizing, prioritizing, and hosting meetings), diligence (coordinating with clients to follow up on action items after meetings), and presentation skills (quickly develop and edit professional-looking PowerPoint presentations), and solid writing ability (quickly develop content, external messaging for executives, social media content, etc.). UI/UX experience is valued, will work closely with federal agency branding office and Dignari UI/UX team. We believe in taking care of our employees.
