Technical Account Manager - Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota (Remote - Must be in the Minneapolis area) - Multibillion Dollar Distributor.
Irving Knight has partnered with a large multinational with over 2000 employees in over 60 different countries worldwide, generating over $4B in revenue in 2022. The European specialty chemical distributor needs a Technical Sales Representative within the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) business unit. Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you would be responsible for driving growth within the business unit.
Travelling 30% to meet customer in the region.
Manage, develop, and understand the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these accounts to build, maintain and manage relationships with key contacts at all levels.
Carry out visits to target customers to promote products and provide feedback to business and suppliers of customer response and activity.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience within CASE dealing with specialty chemicals especially polymers, additives, and colourants.
Regional experience of Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
A bachelor's degree in chemistry.
A valid driving license, and evidence of insurability.
Someone who is aggressive and likes building relationships, with a deep technical understanding. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to liaise with people at all levels.

Above industry standard salary, with uncapped commission.
