Job Title: Licensing Coordinator (Temporary)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract basis for 60 days. The role involves managing and organizing licensing documents, ensuring accuracy in application processes, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and categorize documents according to established filing systems.
  • Ensure files are labeled clearly and consistently.
  • Gather comprehensive personal and demographic information from clients.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to determine eligibility for services.
  • Accurately complete all required application forms with necessary documentation.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all documents, including client files, correspondence, and administrative paperwork.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Additional Details:
  • Preferred experience interacting with third parties or state agencies.
  • Background in the real estate industry and previous experience in licensing roles are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
