San Francisco, United States Talkable Full time
Talkable is a full-service end-to-end solution for referral marketing focused on optimizing the effectiveness of word-of-mouth customer acquisition. Referral programs can be measured, and Talkable helps brands push their referral conversions to the limits by proactively managing the programs through a combination of technology & agency services. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in developing and executing our content strategy across all platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- The chance to make your voice heard. We're always open to new ideas and feedback, and we celebrate out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems in new ways.

- A group of talented (and fun) peers who enjoy our company's commitment to creating a healthy and enjoyable team dynamic and camaraderie.

- A culture of total transparency. At Talkable, everyone knows the company goals, revenue, and progress across all departments.

- A generous stock option package, unlimited paid vacations, and sick-leave policies, medical/dental benefits.

- The chance to develop your leadership potential at Talkable and expand your responsibilities and influence as you develop your career with us.

Responsibilities:

- Copywriting and Editing: Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and quality in tone and messaging. Edit and proofread content produced by team members.

- Sales Enablement Design: Collaborate with the sales team to create materials that support the sales process, including presentations, case studies, and sales sheets.

- Omnichannel Campaign Coordination: Ensure cohesive communications across all channels, including web, email, social media, and print.

- SEO Optimization: Monitor SEO trends and algorithms to optimize website and landing page content, enhancing visibility and engagement.

- Case Studies Development: Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to create compelling, data-driven case studies that highlight the value of our solutions.

- Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across social media and email, from concept to analysis.

- Website Content Management: Ensure the alignment of content, design, and information architecture on the company website to provide a seamless user experience.

- Social Listening: Participate in social listening initiatives to gauge brand sentiment and gather insights that inform marketing strategies.

- Performance Reporting: Report on key content KPIs, including read rate, download rate, share rate, page views, and email engagement metrics (open and click rates).

Our main requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content development and design.

- Distinguished English writing and speaking abilities, with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in copywriting and content creation.

- Proficiency in SEO tools and strategies, with a track record of improving web visibility and engagement.

- Strong understanding of sales enablement processes and materials.

- Experience in omnichannel marketing campaign development and execution.
