Summary:

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives, increase our online presence and drive engagement with our target audiences. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful multi-media marketing campaigns, be highly creative, possess excellent communication skills, and deeply understand the latest social media trends and algorithms. Core Duties • Develop compelling, innovative, and engaging content that aligns with XPEL's brand image and marketing goals. This includes posts, videos, images, and comments. Ensure a regular content schedule for consistent engagement. • Manage a diverse team of content creators, including videographers, video editors, copywriters, and freelance contributors. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, communications, brand, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content. • Supervise the creation of compelling, high-quality content, including video, blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content, boost visibility, and drive website traffic. • Use content management systems to monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary. • Manage effective content distribution across various online channels and social media platforms to enhance web traffic and audience engagement. • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant content production. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to generate innovative content ideas. • Ensure all content meets legal requirements (e.g., copyright and data protection). Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Film Studies, or a relevant field. • 5+ years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record of building high-performing content marketing campaigns. • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role, with demonstrated experience managing video and copy content creators. • Profound understanding of content strategy, channel optimization, brand consistency, and audience engagement. • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of best practices for content distribution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
