SMX Senior Program Analyst USINDOPACOM J5 Aiea, Hawaii SMX is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the USINDOPACOM J5 at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. This position will support high priority programs within the Strategic Plans Directorate at USINDOPACOM and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with senior officers, and coordination across all applicable staff functions. As the J5 Project Analyst, you will provide management and direction of the day-to-day operations, schedule, and performance for the J5 Front Office. The ideal candidate will provide support to training, administrative requirements, operations management, personnel management, budgets, and property management. You would be a great candidate for this position if you have experience with USINDOPACOM staff processes, communications, personnel security, classified material security, Task Management System (TMS), and other office applications. You understand how to integrate multiple stakeholders to complete complex tasks. You have a passion for guiding and mentoring a diverse team to maximize skills and knowledge to achieve exceptional outcomes. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously, making decisions in the midst of ambiguity, and meeting deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to the J5 Directorate across a wide range of tasks and applications, to include technical work and administrative management. Communicate effectively with the entire team and work in a collaborative environment. Orchestrate/develop operational data calls, report outs, and performance products as required to support USINDOPACOM J5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Government’s program managers, representatives, and authorizing officials. Manage, track, and report on personnel status to include CAC/badge/clearance entries. Track the completion of theater-specific and Command specific training for all personnel. Coordinate Visitor Access Requests. Assist with the Defense Travel System (DTS). Assist with the Task Management System (TMS). Manage J5 Front Office schedule and taskings. Required Skills & Experience Required clearance: SECRET with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI Eligibility. 10+ years of management/supervision experience in DoD. 7+ years of project support in a fast-paced environment. Experience interacting with and briefing senior government and industry leaders on topics related to plans, operations, and/or intelligence. Previous experience supporting large projects or personnel management and/or support for initiatives with military objectives. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Familiar with reviewing and editing technical and operational documents. Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priorities. High attention to detail, working closely with plans, operations, and technical stakeholders to drive measurable results. Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills. Possess excellent data management, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills. High school diploma or GED AA. Ability to work independently and show initiative. Desired Skills & Experience Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
