Computer Consultants International is seeking a highly skilled GIS Specialist/Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Critical Infrastructure -- Common Operating Picture (CI-COP) platform to ensure compatibility with Planning and Operations Branch and its statewide Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Program guidance and standards for GIS program design, development, data integration and integrity, map production, and visualization tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the CI-COP platform to ensure compatibility with Planning and Operations Branch and its statewide Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Program guidance and standards.
  • Design, implement, and administer enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Survey123, and ArcGIS Field Maps.
  • Manage hosted feature services in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, including user access control through group management and feature layer views.
  • Administer and manage groups and data for Distributed and Partner Collaborations between ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
  • Communicate technical ideas clearly to technical peers, non-technical project managers, and customers.
  • Apply project management methodologies, including risk management, cost management, reading and writing, planning, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and/or administering enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform.
  • Knowledge of geospatial and mapping concepts, including spatial analysis, map projections, editing workflows, and other location data management standards.
  • Experience with modern software implementation patterns, including service-oriented architectures, SaaS, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and apply project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with network concepts and topics, including domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies.
  • Esri Certifications or GISP.
  • Possess a current valid Driver's License to operate a vehicle in the State of Hawaii.
