Position Location: Remote

Pay Band

The hourly rate for this position is $16-17/hr USD per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

Position Description

Responsible for the transaction processing associated with the operation of the Customer Service Communications Center and the Field Service organization. Monitoring the notification of Field Service personnel and communicating any issues to CSCC management. Screening and routing of telephone calls from customers and employees, and filing. Logging all customer issues in the Service Management System. Maintaining housekeeping standards. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys; update current job skills regularly; ability to perform to defined standards and carry out special work assignments. Work in a team environment while participating as a team member focused on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction. Mentoring and training new Customer Service Representatives Help maintain knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. One year of call center customer service experience, handling high volume inbound customer calls Advanced typing and basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Build relationships. Handle each customer inquiry with Urgency, Tact, and Discretion

Shift/ Schedule:

Tuesday- Saturday 2:30pm to 11:00pmET

Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
