Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the overall employee experience by providing customer service to employees as well as supporting recruiting & training initiatives.

  • Focus on safety for yourself and others.
  • Organize and support the Designated Coach program.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and other guest service focused programs.
  • Represent the property in various internal/external Human Resources related events
  • Conduct applicant screenings under the guidance of the recruiting managers
  • Coordinate interviews in partnership with Hiring and Recruiting Managers
  • Support background check and drug screening process.
  • Assist in other HR tasks as required
Is this the job for me:
  • Comfort and skill in public speaking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience within Human Resources is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prior hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Ability to get along well with others
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
