Pacific Mobile is looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to become an integral part of our Rental Projects Team, in our Boise branch location. Our team is a tight-knit group that manages rental projects across Idaho. Our projects are fast-paced, and we rely on each other to complete the work. These rental projects range from the placement of a standard Stock building to the more intricate sets of our rental fleet. You will coordinate all branch leasing functions at our Boise branch location. Daily tasks will consist of branch subcontractor communication, building delivery and returns, estimating assistance, budget management, job setup, commitments and purchasing, change order management, rental project schedules, compliance document management, rental project close-out documentation, and other branch duties assigned. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our customer experience and supporting the way Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. does business. Become an integral member of the Rental Projects Team Complete a thorough training of our Rental Projects Coordinator operational and leasing procedures Be assigned to work with Sales Associates, and Superintendent(s) to complete construction rental projects Learn how commercial modular structures are assembled and installed Develop relationships with our vendors and customers Assist corporate with invoice and collection issues (by understanding collection and repossession procedures) Answer a multi-line phone system forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate Schedule all deliveries and pickups of units efficiently, including generation of delivery/pickup/move sheets and coordinating with the truck drivers and outside vendors Maintain current information in the company database for subcontractors and customers Manage daily Rental Projects calendar Your responsibilities will grow as will your knowledge and expertise. We will provide you with opportunities to take classes, share your insights, and participate in process improvement discussions Participate in yearly events for 2-3 days during which we celebrate the previous year, work on improvement plans, and have a lot of fun What technical knowledge will you need? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of software (Outlook, Word, Project, Teams, and Excel) Coordinates rental project change order management, creation, and negotiation with vendors Understanding and comprehension of prevailing wage, Davis Bacon, Union labor rates, and requirements Maintain open communication between all stakeholders and assist the team with conflict resolution between the contractor, and subcontractor High-level understanding of cost coding, budget estimates, and interpreting detailed scopes of work Assist the rental project team with documenting job progress and schedule Manage daily rental projects calendar and dispatch of lease fleet Rental project closeout once the project is complete What qualifications do you need? 1-2 years' experience coordinating construction projects Minimum 2 years of experience providing sales and office administrative support Expert communication skills, including the excellent ability to identify and understand the requirements of a rental project DOT and FMCSA Regulation comprehension Participate in collaborative problem-solving meetings Understanding the construction industry and processes is beneficial Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Excellent organization and follow-up-skills, with the ability to multi-task Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), Charitable Donation Matching, Safety and Values Reward Programs, Community Involvement and Other Great Benefits of being a Pacific Mobile Employee.
