We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be essential in facilitating internal communication, reviewing deliverables, and preparing materials for client presentations. Reporting directly to the Account Supervisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every detail is meticulously managed and projects are delivered accurately. Requirements

  • Complete a thorough review of work before it is shared with the client. Check for general errors, adherence to legal guidelines, and implementation of client feedback.
  • Prepare documents for client review following existing templates. Ensure all content that is included is accurate.
  • Assist in the trafficking process. Help prepare traffic documents, review files, and confirm that traffic sheets are error-free before circulating to vendors.
  • Participate in internal meetings and team huddles. Capture key notes and action items and circulate them to the team as needed following the meeting.
  • Support the Account Management team on client calls as needed by capturing key notes and feedback. Organize notes and share them with the Account lead following the meeting.
  • Ensure that status documents and internal trackers are kept up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create new tasks in ClickUp (project management tool) making sure all necessary information and resources are included for the team.
  • Help manage internal folder structure in Box and Google Drive and save files appropriately.
  • Become knowledgeable on existing assets and files. Act as a resource to internal team members.
  • Schedule internal meetings as needed including necessary information in the meeting invite.
  • Work with Account Management and Project Management teams to document processes and support implementation.
  • Assist team with misc. requests and ensure the requested task is completed on time. Proactively communicate any questions or challenges to DC team members involved ahead of the due date.
