You will communicate with current and future customers, including professional dealers and homeowners, by helping with product education, product selection, quoting and order coordination. Responsibilities:What youre going to do:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
- Work through the organization as the?voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize your creative and outside of the box thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
- Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Casta product offering

Qualifications:
How you know youre qualified:
- You have an Associates degree (required) OR a Bachelors degree (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.8
- You have 1 - 3 years prior customer-facing or inside sales experience and enjoy helping others through your work, your volunteer efforts or your hobbies
- You are or will be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule
- You have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ability to efficiently work in fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems
