- Take ownership of annual sales targets within the assigned territory and key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Implement proactive sales strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
- Convey sales targets in line with broader regional objectives and strategic direction.
- Monitor and report on factors impacting tactical budgets and strategic direction of key accounts.
- Establish best practices for approaching customers, analyzing opportunities, and prioritizing potential work.
- Support and develop Clements Fluid's Sales Best Practice methodology across the sales team.
- Supervise field sales activities to ensure adherence to prescribed standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Clements Fluids through compelling proposals and presentations.
