About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This in-office position combines CRM system management with IT support responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with a diverse technical skill set and a passion for optimizing business processes.

What you will do:

CRM Administration (60%):

  • Configure and maintain our CRM system, including user management, data structures, and custom workflows.
  • Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive business insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain high-quality standards within the CRM database.
  • Provide user training and support for CRM functionality.
  • Implement and optimize CRM processes to enhance efficiency and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and implement business requirements.


MDM (Mobile Device Management) (20%):
  • Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure and control mobile devices.
  • Configure device policies, distribute applications, and monitor device compliance.
  • Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and provide support to end-users.
  • Stay updated on mobile security best practices and implement necessary updates.


General IT Support (20%):
  • Provide first-line technical support for various IT issues across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Assist with basic system administration tasks.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.
  • Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base development.
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration (preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms)
  • Proven experience in MDM implementation and management
  • Proficiency in CRM system administration and customization
  • Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices
  • Understanding of database concepts and data management principles
