Job Overview

Femasys Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team in Georgia. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Femasys' products and services, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, press releases, and social media updates, to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC) to increase online visibility and generate leads.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products and services, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales collateral, presentations, and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biomedical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling and engaging materials.
