Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers who need sales support.

Details:

· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

· Verify orders to ensure proper information and for customers and payment details; if information is missing or incorrect reaching out to customer to correct and verify new data

· Purchase PO’s, sales orders and inventory

· Monitor sales targets and communicate changes internally

· Other adhoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

· Team Player

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Prioritize and meet deadlines

· Enjoys Critical thinking and working with like minded individuals

· Experience with MS Office, including Excel

· Associate’s degree preferred
